Autumn Outfits in Paris: Styling AW26

Last month, the Slow Love team took over Paris. We packed our Autumn/Winter 2026 collection and spent a few crisp, golden days shooting AW26 on the streets of the city. From Le Marais to the Louvre, Paris was the perfect setting for our newest collection and all things autumn knitwear. Between early starts, endless cafe stops and long walks through the city, the SL team lived in AW26. Sooo…consider this our Paris lookbook: the autumn outfits we wore and will be wearing on repeat.

Statement Knits for Autumn

Some pieces just do all the hard work for you. On those cold, dark mornings when getting dressed feels more taxing than ever, a statement jumper is the easiest way to feel put together and effortlessly stylish.

The Wolf Wool Jumper

This 100% lambswool jumper brings an 80s spirit to a classic knit. Knitted using the birdseye jacquard technique, it has a boxy silhouette and features contrasting ecru wolf artwork that is graphic, nostalgic and playful. Here, Isobel, our Head of Operations, styles it with our 90s Twisted Side Seam Denim Jeans and chunky black leather loafers. With the knit doing all the talking, the rest of the look stays simple, making it an easy, pulled-together autumn outfit you’ll come back to again and again.

The Feather Hand Knit Jumper

Knitted entirely by hand using chunky 100% cotton yarn, this jumper shares the same best-selling relaxed shape as our Essential Hand Knits, with a distinctive edge from the feather motifs running along the arms. Here, our founder Holly styles it with cropped wool trousers,  platform boots and an oversized brown leather bag. The result is a polished take on a hand-knitted jumper, and proof that a cosy knit can feel just as elevated as anything else in your autumn wardrobe.

Choose Mohair to Keep You Cosy This Autumn

This season, we wanted to bring new textures into the collection, and mohair felt like the perfect place to start. Both jumpers are made from a soft, lofty blend of 70% mohair and 30% wool. They’re designed to add a pop of colour to your everyday autumn outfits, and each brings its own mood while keeping you warm and cosy through the colder months.

The Aran Mohair Jumper - Bright Chartreuse

This bright chartreuse jumper gives the traditional Aran knit a modern edge, with a cropped shape, saddle sleeves and discreet S.L. detailing on the front. Here, Isobel layers it over a crisp white shirt with brown trousers and loafers. The collar peeking out adds a preppy touch, while the earthy brown lets the chartreuse take centre stage, making it a colourful autumn outfit that still feels effortlessly put together.

The Ozzy Mohair Wool Jumper

Designed in a relaxed, boxy shape with subtle volume through the body, the Ozzy Mohair Jumper has an effortlessly cool silhouette. Cosy from the very first wear, it quickly became the team’s go-to for café stops and wandering the city. Unsure how to style an oversized jumper? Holly paired hers with red linen trousers and classic black sunglasses, an easy way to carry summer pieces into autumn. Layering a soft mohair jumper over lightweight linen keeps the look relaxed and adds a pop of colour.

Fine Gauge Merino Turtlenecks: Our Paris Base Layer

If one piece from the collection earns the Parisian stamp of approval, it's the Fine Gauge Merino Turtleneck. Simple and effortlessly chic, it's lightweight enough to layer yet warm enough to see you through autumn and winter. After launching it last year in Red and Navy, we brought it back in two brand new colourways for AW26: Black and Khaki. Both are easy neutrals that slot into your wardrobe and work with almost anything. We couldn't stop wearing them in Paris, and found a new way to style them every day.

Extra Fine Merino Wool Turtle Neck Jumper - Black

Isobel went for an all-black look with a chic pop of colour, pairing the turtleneck with pinstripe trousers, black leather loafers and our Wolf Bandana Scarf from AW26. Knotted at the neck, the bandana breaks up the monochrome and adds a playful finishing touch, the kind of easy detail that makes dressing feel effortless.

Extra Fine Merino Wool Turtle Neck Jumper - Khaki

Autumn is the season for earthy neutrals, and this khaki is one of our favourites. Holly paired hers with black trousers, ballet flats and an oversized brown leather bag. The khaki warms up the black, and the ballet flats add a classic Parisian touch, an easy autumn outfit made for strolling the city.
