Shipping
As a small business, we take pride in providing a personalised service to our valued customers. To maintain efficiency and high standards, we ship orders twice a week using first-class, signed-for, and tracked shipping.
International Orders:

All international orders may be subject to VAT and duty charges.

Please check your country’s customs fees before placing an order.

If an order is refused due to unpaid VAT or duty charges, we can only issue a refund once the item is returned to us. Please note that customs returns can take time and may not always be trackable. These types of returns may also incur further charges from the shipping provider. These charges will be deducted from your refund.
After dispatch, you’ll receive a shipping email with your tracking number. If you don’t see it, please check your junk or spam folder.

Incorrect Items
If you’ve received the wrong item, we’re here to help! Please email us at questions@slowloveknitwear.com with your order number so we can make things right.
Faulty Items
For faulty items, please register the issue here. You’ll need to upload photos and provide a description of the problem.
Hand-knitted Products:
Hand knitted items will have a different finish to machine knitted items. They are created entirely by hand so there may be slight variations from piece to piece - this is what makes them so special!

Threads poking through? Don’t worry! These are just the ends of hand-tied knots. Simply tuck them back in.

Returns & Exchanges
We understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please consider the impact returns have on our small business and shop thoughtfully.To return an item, register your return here. You’ll need:
- Your order number (e.g., #12345)
- The email address linked to the order
You have 14 days from fulfilment to register a return and another 14 days to send the item back.
Return Options:

Exchange for a different product / size / colour

Receive a credit note (we’ll add 20% extra as a gift!)

Get a full refund to your original payment method
Important Notes:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please return items carefully folded, just as you received them.

Items that are visibly worn or marked are not eligible for return.
Once your return is received, we’ll inspect it and process your refund. Refunds and exchanges are handled twice a week. Once we have processed a refund, we have no control over how long it will take for the refund to show in your account - this is different for each bank provider.
If you encounter issues with the returns portal, email us at questions@slowloveknitwear.com with your order number.
Tote Bags:
If your order included a free tote bag (on orders over £250) and you’re returning the order, please include the tote bag. If you decide to keep the tote, we will deduct £15 from your refund.
Returns to Klarna:
If you need to return an order paid for via Klarna, please avoid registering the return directly with Klarna. Doing so will initiate a bank inquiry, which must be resolved before we can process your refund.
International Returns
Follow the same return process as above. Please write "RETURNED GOODS" and your “ORDER NUMBER” on the parcel to avoid delays.
VAT and Duty:
Refunds cover the product price only and exclude VAT and duty charges.
Late Deliveries
Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed. When your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
For updates, please check the delivery provider’s website. If you need assistance, please contact the delivery provider directly.
Lost Items
Parcels are rarely lost. However, if your item hasn’t arrived within the delivery provider’s timeline (e.g. Royal Mail Tracked 24 considers a parcel lost after 7 working days beyond the due date), please email us at questions@slowloveknitwear.com with your order number and we will assist you further.
International Orders
For customers outside the UK:

Duty and VAT charges are not included in the item price.

These charges are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid upon delivery.
