Staying true to our belief in creating timeless pieces rather than following trends, we really wanted to take our time getting the denim just right. From the perfect pair of 90’s inspired jeans to wear with all of your favourite knits, to stylish denim jackets that will instantly complete any look, every piece has been designed to feel unmistakably Slow Love. This collection isn’t about moving away from knitwear, it’s about building a wardrobe around it, giving you a classic yet elevated foundation to any outfit. Easy to mix, match and wear on repeat, our denim is designed to get better with age and become part of your everyday uniform.
90s Twisted Seam Jeans
Introducing the 90’s Twisted Seam Jeans, our take on a classic high waisted wide-leg silhouette, with an extra-baggy fit that combines pure comfort with a refined edge. Made using heavyweight 100% cotton denim, they feature twisted seams and oversized dropped pockets, giving them a distinct 90’s shape that feels relaxed without losing its sense of intention. Designed to wear in beautifully, they will soften and develop character over time.
90s Carpenter Panelled Jeans
Our 90’s Carpenter Panelled Jeans take inspiration from vintage carpenter jeans, balancing considered utility details with a timeless fit. Cut with a relaxed straight leg and finished with clean knee panel detailing, they offer a stylish take on classic workwear. They are the kind of everyday jeans that become more comfortable and personal with every wear.
The Atelier Jacket
For an easy final layer, The Atelier Jacket is just what you’re looking for. Drawing from 1940s French and Japanese workwear, this wrap-front denim jacket brings a sense of femininity to traditional utility details. Its softly structured double-breasted closure references classic tailoring, while the subtly fluted sleeves create gentle volume. This jacket is the perfect finishing touch that you’ll want to reach for daily.
The Bellows Jacket
Finally, we have The Bellows Jacket, a modern interpretation of 1940s French workwear. Also cut from premium 100% cotton denim with a relaxed, boxy fit, it features oversized bellows pockets with dual access from the top and sides. We have also placed two intentional pleats on the back of the jacket to gently shape the silhouette.
Why Denim?
Designing a denim collection felt like a natural progression for Slow Love as we continue to build our customers a considered wardrobe that is rooted in longevity. For us, just like knitwear, premium denim is a wardrobe necessity.
A great pair of jeans can change the way your favourite knit looks and feels, while a relaxed denim jacket can bring together an entire outfit in a second. With that in mind, our silhouettes have been intentionally developed to stand the test of time.
Instead of following trends, we focused on the shapes and details that make vintage denim so enduring - the relaxed proportions, practicality and simplicity of pieces designed to be lived in.
What Makes Slow Love Denim Different?
We wanted to create denim that felt considered from the very first thread to the final button. Having produced the collection in Turkey, a global centre for premium denim manufacturing, it all starts with the fabric. Each piece is made using authentic, no-stretch 100% cotton denim. The weight helps the denim hold its shape while allowing it to soften naturally, creating pieces that are built for longevity. The wash of our denim has also been carefully chosen to give it depth and character, creating that vintage 90s feel that continues to evolve.
Even the smallest details, that often go unnoticed, have been designed specifically for Slow Love. Each pair of jeans is finished with a jacron brand patch, bespoke jean shanks that feature the signature Slow Love cherub and personalised Slow Love rivets. These details, while intentionally understated, are exactly what make the collection feel truly designed rather than simply branded.
